Do you still see/talk to/hang out with any classmates? Who?

On rare occasions, I see or talk to Jack Eberhard.
And all those who make it to Moreno's in Orange for lunch the 2nd Thursday when I'm not rehabbing a new mechanical part (HaHa)

What did you want to do or think you were going to do when you finished high school?

Go to college, avoid the draft.

What's on your "bucket list"?

travel through Europe

Favorite place to go?

Where my sons and grandchildren are -Santa Clarita, Visalia.

How old do you feel?

70

What do you like to do in your spare time?

read, go to city's fitness center, putter around, go see the kids...

Biggest thing you would do differently if you went back to your time at FUHS?

Be more serious about my education.

Famous or interesting people you've met?

Former FUHS grad and Major League Baseball catcher/manager/announcer Del Crandall, famous to me.
Randy Jones - San Diego Padres Cy Young award winning pitcher in 1976. Played against him in a summer league in 1965.
Lt. Col. Bruce Peterson, USMC - NASA test pilot. Famous for being the pilot of the lifting body test craft whose crash was used in the opening credits of the Six Million Dollar Man.
Bobby Grich - Member of my reserve unit. Never met him, even though he was on the roster for 6 years, because he never made a monthly meeting or a summer camp. At least I could say we were in the same unit.
My brother Rick - Infamous in my mind and very interesting. Member of the CHP until he retired. Force behind adding solar powered call boxes to the California Highways (now an anachronism because of cell phones), developed the OC Auto Theft Task Force - the prototype for many other similar organizations across the country. And a born story teller with a great sense of humor.
